Caseworker - 12 Month Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Caseworker to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a Caseworker, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects and cases, providing telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, and administering case-management protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned projects and cases, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company processes.
- Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, addressing funding and access issues, compliance programs, and other related matters.
- Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, compliance, therapy disruption/discontinuation monitoring, adverse event reporting, and liaison with primary healthcare providers.
- Implement pharmaceutical and biotechnology-related market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, or other allied health professionals.
- Document all activities in program-specific databases.
- Participate in ongoing refresher training and specialized training courses for specific products or programs as deemed appropriate by the manager.
- Provide feedback on current protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental relationships.
- Communicate clearly with the manager, pod, and program-trained colleagues regarding case management during foreseen absences.
- Contribute to the training process of new caseworkers, including shadowing and call monitoring.
- Report all adverse events to assigned units/departments.
- Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, typically obtained through completion of a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical field is an asset.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
