Your responsibilities will include implementing call-centre programs, administering case-management protocols, and documenting each activity in a program-specific database. You will also participate in ongoing refresher training and specialized training courses for specific products or programs. If you have a strong background in customer service, business administration, or a related field, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.
