About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Specialist to join our team at Posi-Plus Technologies inc. as a key member of our industrial equipment installation and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain complex machinery and equipment in various industrial settings.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as industrial mechanics or a related trade.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as hand tools and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
