Job Title: Sales Ambassador

At Lush, we're seeking a Sales Ambassador to join our team at Pickering Town Centre. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results and seeking feedback to exceed sales goals.
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience by connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and showcasing our amazing products.
  • Educate customers on our brand values, including our stance on Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging.
  • Continually expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and stay up-to-date on our products, ingredients, and unique benefits.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with consultation-based customer service models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in day-to-day operations.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
  • Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
