About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Assistant to join our team at Perfect Daycare Ltd. As an Early Childhood Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our daycare centre and ensuring the well-being and development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Support educators in maintaining accurate records and submitting written observations on children.
  • Engage children in activities that foster learning and development, such as storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
  • Plan and organize activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hours.
Requirements
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE level 1) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
