About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team at W & M Wire & Metal Product Ltd. as a Metal Fabrication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating metal components and structures to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Materials Required
  • Interpret Engineering Drawings and Instructions
  • Lay Out Reference Points and Patterns
  • Plan the Sequence of Tasks for Efficient Metal Cutting
  • Assemble and Fit Plates and Sections to Form Structures
  • Weld or Bolt Sections Together
  • Construct Patterns and Templates
  • Install Fabricated Components in Final Product
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1 Year to Less Than 2 Years of Experience
  • Urban Area Work Setting
  • Manual Dexterity
  • Attention to Detail
  • Fast-Paced Environment
  • Overtime Required
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
