1. Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
2. Evaluate and refine programs based on observed progress and feedback.
3. Promote open communication among team members to ensure seamless collaboration.

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education from an accredited institution.
• Valid certification as an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) in Canada.
• Proven experience working with young children in a childcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
