Job Title: Real Estate Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team at Farhi Holdings Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our commercial properties, ensuring their optimal performance and maximizing their value.

About the Role:
  • This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in property management and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents.
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner.
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met.
  • Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance.
  • Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation.
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
  • Prepare expense and income reports.
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
