**The Role**

As a **Dog Handler** at Action Packs, you’ll be:

- **Behavioral Overseer**: Observing and managing group dynamics among dogs, promoting positive interactions, and implementing behavior management plans.
- **Creative Collaborator**: Working closely with the team to provide enriching experiences for the dogs.
- **Customer Liaison**: Sharing updates about the dogs with their owners and following specific care instructions.
- **Environment Maintainer**: Ensuring the camp remains safe and clean, including managing equipment and sanitation.
- **Safety & Service Advocate**: Balancing animal care with top-notch customer service and safety protocols.

**About You**
- **Experienced**: At least 2 years of professional animal-related experience.
- **Resilient**: Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- **Skilled Communicator**: Able to follow directions, work independently, and cooperate as part of a team.
- **Dog-Savvy**: Confident and calm when handling various breeds and temperaments.
- **Reliable**: Must be 21+, hold a full Ontario driver’s license, and have access to a dependable vehicle.
