About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renovation Manager to join our team at Quality Guaranteed Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily construction operations to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Project Planning
    • Plan and organize daily construction activities to meet project schedules and budgets.
    • Prepare and manage project schedules, including timelines and milestones.
  • Quality Control
    • Inspect subcontractors' work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
  • Customer Relations
    • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Communicate project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to attract new customers.
    • Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment
    • 35 hours per week.
