Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at TacoTime. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Staff Management: Hire and manage food service staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize restaurant efficiency.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods, with frequent walking and bending.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment.
- Language: English.
