- Supervise and Manage the Shift: Lead a team of 8-10 food service counter attendants and kitchen helpers, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing overtime.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and order ingredients, maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastages.
- Quality Control: Ensure food service and quality standards are met, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, accurately recording sales, inventory, and other relevant data.
- Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and job responsibilities, as well as hiring and managing local staff.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and resolve employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.
What We Offer:
We offer attractive wages of $14.00 to $16.00 per hour for a minimum of 40 hours a week, providing a competitive compensation package for our Shift Managers.
