About the Role
Townsville Catholic Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher (HPE) to join our vibrant school community. This full-time, permanent position will commence as soon as possible and will go for the remainder of the 2024 school year, with the possibility of ongoing employment through 2025 and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach HPE to students in Prep to Year 6
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide quality teaching and learning
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
Requirements
- Appropriate tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner
