About the Role
Townsville Catholic Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher (HPE) to join our vibrant school community. This full-time, permanent position will commence as soon as possible and will go for the remainder of the 2024 school year, with the possibility of ongoing employment through 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach HPE to students from Prep to Year 6
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide quality teaching and learning
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
Requirements
- Appropriate tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner
