Le Product Manager est chargé de concevoir et de développer des solutions d'éducation et de formation qui répondent aux besoins du marché et aux tendances de l'industrie.

Ce poste nécessite une grande orientation d'affaires et une relation étroite avec le marché. Le Product Manager développe un plan stratégique multiannuel pour leur portefeuille de produits et assure la gestion de développement et des activités de lancement de produit, résolvant les problèmes et s'assurant le lancement réussi de projets.

Le/la Product Manager doit posséder un mélange unique de marketing, d'affaires et de compétences techniques. Il/elle a la capacité de créer et de développer des programmes ou des produits dans de nouvelles et d'existantes zones et de délivrer des résultats constants.

Compétences requises

  • Identifier les opportunités de développement qui se rapportent à de nouvelles affaires, de nouveaux marchés, de sorties de portefeuille ou d'améliorations pour répondre aux objectifs de produits, de programmes et de division.
  • Participer à la définition des stratégies fonctionnelles et à la conduite, directe ou indirecte, de l'implémentation de la stratégie, si nécessaire.
  • Conduire des entretiens avec les clients, des analyses de gain ou de perte, des enquêtes et des groupes de discussion ; examiner les commentaires des clients et l'utilisation du produit pour identifier les tendances et les besoins des clients.
  • Assister aux événements et salons de l'industrie et s'engager régulièrement avec les clients et les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux pour comprendre les besoins du marché.
  • Développer des relations avec les clients externes et internes importants et parties prenantes pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités de développement de produits et/ou de ventes de produits ; dirige les négociations de propositions, le développement des propositions et la contractualisation, si nécessaire.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de conception pédagogique pour développer des plans de produits qui garantissent que les solutions répondent aux besoins des apprenants et des parties prenantes.
  • Développer des documents de positionnement, des propositions d'affaires et des plans d'affaires utilisant une prise de décision basée sur des données pour identifier des opportunités viables qui correspondent aux objectifs stratégiques du portefeuille, le cas échéant.
  • Développer et gérer les plans d'lancement de marché pour de nouveaux produits en collaboration avec les équipes de marketing et de vente ; s'assurer du lancement en temps opportun des pages web de commerce électronique et des pages de destination.
  • Développer des ressources de connaissance des produits et fournir une formation et des conseils de connaissance des produits aux employés internes et aux distributeurs tiers, si applicable. Partager les meilleures pratiques avec l'équipe étendue d'éducation et de ventes.
  • Collaborer avec d'autres Product Managers pour identifier les possibilités de croisement, de bundle, de collection d'abonnements
  • Présenter des présentations stratégiques aux dirigeants exécutifs.

Préférences

  • Diplôme universitaire et au moins 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits et en développement de programmes et de formation.
  • Expérience en évaluation des besoins de formation et en analyse de données.
  • Fortes compétences en verbal et écrit, y compris la capacité de présenter à des leaders Seniors.
  • Capacité de rechercher, de proposer et d'exécuter des plans de produits efficaces.
  • Compétences en gestion de projet prouvées et capacité d'influencer des équipes fonctionnelles sans autorité formelle.
  • Fortes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps, y compris la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets simultanés.
  • Capacité de développer de nouveaux contacts clients et de construire des relations client exceptionnelles à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Expérience en écriture de proposition et en développement de contrat.
  • Certification en gestion de produits et expérience dans l'industrie, un atout.
  • Capacité de lire, d'écrire et de parler en français, un atout.
