Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Nova Scotia Limited. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
