Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Nova Scotia Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with receiving and processing inventory, as well as reconciling daily sales and inventory discrepancies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
