Job Description

We are seeking a talented Global Neuroscience Clinical Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Neuroscience department, you will be responsible for leading clinical development programs from early proof-of-concept studies to global regulatory approval and market access. Your expertise in neuroscience and leadership skills will drive the success of our projects and help us deliver better solutions for patients worldwide.

  • Develop and implement clinical development plans for Neuroscience programs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create high-quality clinical trial protocols, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure early development plans and proof-of-concept studies align with development strategy
  • Drive licensing evaluations for clinical development and lead disease area strategy
  • Provide medical expertise to support business development and licensing activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A medical degree (MD or Ph.D.) with 10+ years of experience in clinical research or drug development in an industry environment
  • Advanced expertise in neuroscience, including knowledge of clinical trial design, statistics, and regulatory/clinical development processes
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality projects/submissions/trials in a global/matrix environment
