About the Position

Woodlands North Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position located in St. Albert, AB.

The Business Manager will be responsible for supporting operational efficiencies and our business management processes. This includes financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and projections.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in a related field, such as Business, Business Administration, or Accounting. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position is required.

The Business Manager will be knowledgeable in current small business best management practices and proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software (preferably QuickBooks).

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, a safety and customer service focus, and strong communication skills. They will be collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to manage deliverables and working relationships with Woodlands peers, management, and clients.
