We are seeking a seasoned Food Service Leader to join our team at Noodle King Vietnamese Restaurant. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Train our staff in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and food safety protocols to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Estimate and manage ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain a budget and cost estimates to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and successes.
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage.
