  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and safety in the kitchen.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail, judgment, and initiative.
  • Strong client focus, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions
