About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Fergie's Cafe. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality beverage experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee shop and surrounding areas
  • Train and assist new staff members as needed
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
