Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Team Lead to join our team at SRI SAI ENTERPRISES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement work schedules to meet the needs of our customers
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available to meet customer demand
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Working Conditions:
