Job Title: Lead Developer

As a Lead Developer at Sun Life, you will have the opportunity to work on complex Pega case management projects and contribute to the design and implementation of internal and external facing applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality Pega solutions, working closely with architects, designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to junior developers, reviewing their work and ensuring that it meets the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project timelines, plans, and requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Analyze and document requirements for data, workflow, and logical processes, ensuring that all solutions are well-designed and meet business needs.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience designing and delivering complex Pega case management projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of BPM concepts, techniques, tools, and delivery approaches.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive IT experience with full application development life cycle and systems integration experience.
  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is an asset.
