Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at the Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's maintenance systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting and drywall repair, to maintain the hotel's appearance and functionality.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Our hotel is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and we are looking for a team player who can work effectively in a hotel setting.
