- Supervise CAD Technicians and delegate design tasks, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Attend site meetings and communicate directly with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Provide technical and administrative support throughout project phases, ensuring timely completion.
- Work with Project Managers to ensure on-time project completion, maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent, with a strong foundation in engineering principles.
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record of success in mechanical design and project management.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT, with expertise in creating detailed mechanical system drawings.
- Familiarity with engineering standards, with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
