Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
- Train and develop kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing food costs.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all food and beverages meet our high standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including scheduling, inventory, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
