Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative menu ideas and ensure consistency across all dishes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on kitchen performance, including sales data, menu analysis, and operational metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a senior leadership role within a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and food safety protocols.
