Nexus Systems Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of an enterprise risk taxonomy to improve consistency and management of risks at the Bank.
About the Role:
This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and/or collaborate to obtain stakeholder consensus. You will work closely with senior management across risk groups to assess the impact of developed risks on system processes and reporting. Additionally, you will develop an enterprise-wide rollout strategy of the taxonomy for adoption across the bank.
Candidate Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Strong proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and other MS products (Word, PPT).
2. 5+ years of experience in risk management within financial institutions.
3. 1+ year of experience with data analytics.
4. Experience working and/or managing a project.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
We are looking for candidates with professional accounting designations (CPA), CFA, or MBA. Familiarity with MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Power BI is also an asset.
Education:
A university degree is required for this role.
