Job Overview
The Quality Director will lead our efforts in providing exceptional quality solutions. This role requires expertise in quality systems, strategic planning, and leadership.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Technical Field
- Expert Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean)
- 10+ Years of Experience in Electronics Manufacturing (Power Electronics Preferred)
- International Experience and Willingness to Travel
- Autonomous Leadership and Ability to Drive Quality Initiatives
- 15-20 Years of Progressive Career Experience in Quality Assurance and Systems within Hi-Tech Manufacturing Sectors
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
