About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our trade and broadcasting services division at 1384646 B.C. Ltd. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Lead and manage a team of senior staff to achieve divisional objectives
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Financial Management
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth
  • Human Resources
    • Approve overall human resources planning to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Skills
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Ability to develop and implement business strategies
    • Strong financial management skills
    • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects
