About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at The Gananoque Inn & Spa. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Guest Services: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all areas are clean and organized.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects.
