Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Read blueprints and drawings
  • Recommend personnel actions
  • Requisition materials and supplies
  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Train or arrange for training

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in excavation and demolition, with experience in supervising teams and managing projects. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
