About the Role:

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in establishing LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community. Key responsibilities include consistently meeting sales targets, utilizing optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings, and assisting patients in selecting frames and coordinating them with optical measurements.

Key Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
