Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Setting

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week in a retail business environment.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
