Civil Engineering Technician Job Description

The Sprinkler Company Inc. is seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Technician to join our team. As a Civil Engineering Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering team in the development of engineering specifications and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings
  • Participate in field surveys, inspections, or technical investigations
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in civil engineering
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of experienced engineers and technicians. The work will involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
