About the Role

As a Triple O's Supervisor/Team Leader, you will play a critical role in supporting our Management Team in delivering outstanding service, cleanliness, and food safety. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading day-to-day shift operations and working closely with your team to achieve exceptional results
  • Providing exceptional guest relations and ensuring a welcoming environment for all
  • Developing and training team members to reach their full potential
  • Reinforcing our high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Managing administrative tasks and supporting the restaurant's operational needs
  • Opening or closing the restaurant as required
