We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position that involves working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in inventory management and supervisory roles, with a strong background in operations and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Operational Plans: Create specific plans to prioritize tasks, organize workloads, and oversee operational logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Logistics Management: Plan, organize, and coordinate the operational logistics of our organization, including arranging maintenance and repair work, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports on operational activities, performance metrics, and other relevant data to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management and supervisory roles
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and analyze data to inform decision-making.
