Job Overview

Paladin Security is committed to providing exceptional security services to healthcare facilities. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Patrol interior and exterior of the facility to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain a safe environment

Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance, and investigate incidents as needed

Monitor risks such as unlocked doors, blocked entrances and exits, and additional breaches of security

Use two-way radio communication and maintain professionalism in all interactions

Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors to provide information and resolve issues

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Code of Conduct/Vulnerable Sector Check

Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
