Status: Locum - Full Time

Compensation Type: Fee-for-Service

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to support the expansion of daily Operating Room time at Richmond Hospital.

The ideal candidate will have experience in anesthesia and be certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. They will also have a strong interest in research and medical education, and be able to work collaboratively with the hospital's medical community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide anesthesia services to patients undergoing surgery and other medical procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in research and education initiatives to improve anesthesia practices and patient outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License - Full
  • Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
  • Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC)
