Richmond Hospital Anesthesia Opportunity

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team at Richmond Hospital, a community academic teaching hospital with a strong focus on research and medical education.

About the Role: As an Anesthesiologist with Vancouver Coastal Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our anesthesia team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide anesthesia services to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in research and education initiatives to advance the field of anesthesia
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of anesthesia protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License - Full
  • Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
  • Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC)
  • Experience in anesthesia, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care
