Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at A & Sons Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing efficient work schedules, supervising staff, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Providing training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Preparing and submitting reports to management
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to support newcomers and refugees through our company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
