Role Overview
The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the culinary team in preparing delicious meals that cater to our guests' diverse tastes. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a chef, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items with attention to presentation and taste
- Manage kitchen staff, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Develop menus that showcase local ingredients and regional flavors
- Collaborate with the sous chef to maintain product levels and inventory
- Ensure adherence to health codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or chef in a similar environment
- Completion of a culinary certificate or equivalent in work experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team

Work Environment:
The successful candidate will work in a stunning location within the Canadian Rockies, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and wildlife. The role requires physical stamina, with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
