At Anonimos, we are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to join our team as a Baker. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Port Perry with an estimated hourly salary of $22.50.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Baker who can showcase their passion for baking in a dynamic culinary environment. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts while upholding high standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bread and Pastry Preparation: Prepare and bake a diverse selection of bread, pastries, and desserts following specified recipes.
  • Dessert Decoration: Decorate baked goods with precision and creativity.
  • Fitness Standards: Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations at all times.
  • Kitchen Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen team to fulfill bakery orders efficiently.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory and ordering baking supplies as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience working as a Baker in a bakery or restaurant environment. You should also possess proficiency in food handling and preparation techniques, familiarity with cake decorating and pastry presentation, and strong attention to detail in baking processes. Excellent customer service skills are essential to engage with customers when necessary.
