Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Pilot to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our Flight Operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Flight Crew Supervision: Supervise and mentor flight crews to ensure they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Accident and Incident Reporting: Investigate and report on all accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the department budget, and monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with company financial policies.
  • Safety and Leadership: Promote a culture of safety and leadership within the department, and participate in the development and implementation of safety training programs.
  • Human Resources: Participate in the recruitment and selection of team members, and provide guidance and support to new employees.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience as a pilot-in-command in a 705 operation, with a proven track record of safe and efficient flight operations.
  • Skills: Strong operational knowledge, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Certifications: ATPL License with previous 705 airline experience.
