• Provide world-class service to patients, educating them on the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle and needs.
• Inform patients about advances in corrective eyewear solutions and assist with frame selection.
• Interpret optical prescriptions and perform frame and facial measurements.
• Place contact lens orders and assist with fittings.
• Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards and provide a warm welcome to patients.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing, preferably retail environment.
• Previous optical experience is considered an asset.
• Passion for customer service and a high level of comfort using technology and computers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
