Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Two Hills Liquor Store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the sales floor team, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including sales data and customer feedback.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
