Office Support Specialist

Kolani Kitchen and Bath is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Direct and supervise staff members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and goals.
- Budgeting and Finance: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure the efficient use of resources.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
