Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master Senior to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating agile project planning, development, and testing activities. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate agile project planning, development, and testing activities
  • Standardize project delivery processes and tools
  • Collaborate with product owners to prioritize project tasks and ensure timely delivery
  • Represent the project team in project management meetings and ensure effective communication
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Scrum Master or similar role
  • Proven experience in coordinating agile teams and knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Jira and Atlassian tools, as well as MS Office
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
