Job Description

This role is responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager in planning and managing food and beverage outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring server and busperson adherence to service standards, supervising guest service, and maintaining bank standards.

Additional responsibilities include communicating daily with the restaurant manager, conducting menu classes and taste panels, and adapting communication style to suit different audiences.

Responsibilities
  1. Monitor servers and buspersons' adherence to service standards
  2. Supervise guest service and provide clear direction to staff
  3. Maintain bank standards and check floor plan for adequate coverage
  4. Communicate daily with restaurant manager on special events, house counts, and other important matters
  5. Assist restaurant manager in conducting menu classes and taste panels
  6. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
